BS Conveyor Belt

BS series belt conveyor belongs to our automatic feeding conveyor with features of simple structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for lifting dry granular materials, and big materials. For example, red chilli, rice, chips, shells and screws. Such type conveyor can be widely applied to food industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

1. Please check if all the components of the belt conveyor are complete.

2. Check if each transmission component is flexible and the lubricating grease in those parts that have a need to be lubricated is wet. If the grease is found to be dry, please add it.

3. Please place the belt conveyor properly (generally horizontal ground).

4. Connect the motor with the control cabinet by electrical wires according to the given electrical diagrams. The control is made together with the BSDF-550.

5. After the confirmation of the four steps above mentioned, turn on the machine and run it idly to see if the whole operation is normal, whether there is belt jam, abnormal noise of friction, abnormal state, etc. If there is an abnormal state, you can power off and analyze the problem

6. If everything is checked all right, the machine can put into use.
